Xxijra Hii presents a solo booth of work by British sculptor Richard Dean Hughes.

Exploring the interplay between the real and hypothetical in his practice and utilising personal space, artefact and emotion from imagined and historic scenarios. Hughes dissects and reassembles temporal aspects of conventional objects, hypothetically stitching them back together; reconfiguring the concept and history of an object and rendering a new narrative with renewed significance. Suggestive plausibility is central to the practice with a collisional approach creating a persuasive coalescence.
